摘要 传统建筑业设计施工阶段和设施运维阶段是完全割裂的,其运维管理仅相当于物业管理并不涉及建筑的全生命周期阶段。运维阶段出现问题想要查询与之相关的原数据,只能查阅相关纸质数据和设备图纸,且原数据不易查询并极易错漏,难以及时有效地得出所需信息。为了更好地解决此类问题,为此提出基于BIM的建筑设施运维管理平台,该平台集设施可视化和数据管理为一体,不仅提高了设施运维管理效率,而且使建筑设施运维管理朝着信息化、科学化的方向发展。 The design and construction stage of traditional construction industry and the operation and maintenance(O&M)stage of facilities are completely separated.Traditional O&M management is only equivalent to property management,and does not involve the whole life cycle of building.In order to query the original data related to the O&M stage,the staff can only look up the relevant paper and drawings.The original data are difficult to query and get the required information in time.Based on these problems,a BIM-based building facilities operation and maintenance management platform is proposed,which integrates equipment visualization and data management.The platform improves the efficiency of facility operation and maintenance management,and makes the O&M develop in the direction of informationization and scientificalization.
