摘要
对任何企业而言,商业模式无疑是其核心竞争力的重要组成部分,尤其是对于更加具有开放性,同质化竞争更为激烈的移动互联网企业,商业模式的构建已经成为决定其生死存亡的核心要素。文章将基于消费者手机上网的行为,尝试对移动互联网的商业模式进行综合分析,以无锡广电"智慧无锡"手机电视为例,尝试根据消费者的特定性去详细分析其商业模式、执行和评估体系,从而对移动互联网的商业模式有一个更直观和全方位的认识。
Undoubtedly, for all of the enterprise, business model is an important part of core-competitiveness, especially for the mobile Internet enterprise, which is facing more homogenization of competition and more open industry. The construction of business model has become the core elements to its survival.This paper will based on the behavior of mobile Internet consumers, try to analyze the business model of the mobile Internet industry. Then, use the 'Wisdom Wuxi mobile TV' as an example, according to the consumer's specific to do a detailed analysis of its business model, execution system and evaluation system, thus recogenizing the business model of mobile Internet industry more directly and comprehensively.
