摘要
为了实现高效率发电、低运维成本,文章研究了风电机组振动在线监测系统。当监测系统接收到各个部件的振动频率时,与正常数据进行比较,当超出正常频率范围时可以发出预警并显示相关故障部件,维护人员能够及时对设备进行检查或维修。
In order to achieve high efficiency power generation and low operation cost,this paper studies the online monitoring system of wind turbine vibration.When the monitoring system receives the vibration frequency of each component,compared with the normal data,when the normal frequency range is exceeded,an early warning can be issued and the relevant faulty component can be displayed,and the maintenance personnel can inspect or repair the equipment in time.
