计算机技术专业学位研究生培养的目标是为了满足我国经济增长对大量应用型IT人才需求。文章介绍了为培养计算机技术专业学位硕士研究生的实践能力所采取的一些措施,主要包括加强实践认识、师资队伍建设、构建培养模式、加强学位论文评审。最终实现计算机技术人才的培养与实践能力的紧密结合,满足IT行业对高层次人才的需求。

The goal of postgraduate training of professional degree in computer technology is to meet the demand of China’s economic growth for a large number of applied IT talents.This paper introduces some measures taken to cultivate the practical ability of master’s degree postgraduates majoring in computer technology,mainly including strengthening the practical understanding,building the teaching staff,constructing the training mode and strengthening the evaluation of the academic dissertations.So as to realize the close combination of computer talent training and practical ability,and meet the needs of IT industry for high-level talents.
