BIM技术在绿色公共建筑设计中的应用

Application of BIM technology in green public building design

基于绿色建筑理念的发展,将BIM技术应用到绿色公共建筑设计中不仅是我国"互联网+建筑"技术发展的体现,也是提升公共建筑人性化、生态化以及高性能化的具体措施。文章以BIM技术原理以及在绿色公共建筑中的优势作为切入点,结合Revit软件提出其在绿色公共建筑设计中的具体应用策略,以此实现绿色公共建筑设计的要求。

Based on the development of green building concept,the application of BIM technology to the design of green public buildings is not only the embodiment of the development of“Internet+architecture”technology in China,but also a concrete measure to enhance the humanization,ecology and high-performance of public buildings.Taking BIM’s technical principle and its advantages in green public buildings as the entry point,this paper puts forward its specific application strategy in green public building design combined with Revit software,so as to achieve the requirements of green public building design.
