基于产教融合校企双主体的软件技术人才培养模式研究

文章分析当前高职院校软件技术人才培养方面存在薄弱环节的同时,以惠州经济职业技术学院校企合作案例为核心,从研发中心建设、课程体系重塑等方面进行阐述,从产教融合校企双主体协同育人模式进行研究,从软件人才培养方面提出新思路、新方法,发挥学校科研实力与企业需求驱动力。

This paper analyzes the current weak links in the training of software technology talents in higher vocational colleges.At the same time,expounds the case of Huizhou Economics and Polytechnic College school and enterprise cooperation as the core,from the aspects of R&D center construction,curriculum system remodeling,etc,and studies the integration of production and education school and enterprise dual subjects collaborative education mode,and proposes new ideas and methods in the training of software talents,and gives play to the scientific research strength of the school and the driving force of enterprise demand.
