Talent is the key to urban development, ensuring that the city has sufficient talent resources is an important measure to promote the progress of the city. At the same time, the employment problem is also one of the focus issues in today’s society. Based on a large number of online recruitment databases and data of various talent markets, this paper analyzes the current and future talent demand in A city by establishing corresponding mathematical models to provide suggestions for talent development in the city.
