钢铁材料热轧过程组织演化的数学模型研究

摘要 材料研究的深入和相关工业的需求 ,推动材料向模型化、定量化的方向发展。模型化和组织演变预测技术是研究钢铁热轧过程预测不同化学成分、不同工艺条件下组织演变规律与性能的投资小、见效快的好方法。本文较系统总结了钢铁材料热轧过程中动态再结晶组织演化的数学模型 ,静态再结晶组织演化的数学模型和晶粒尺寸数学模型的描述 。 With regard to the progress of the materials research and the demand of the related industries, the materials research has been oriented to modeling and quantitative analysis. Modeling and microstructure evolution prediction technology is the excellent methods to predict the law of microstructure evolution under the different chemical compositions and processing conditions, which cost only small investment, but attain instant profits. The paper systematically summarizes the mathematical description of the dynamic recrystallization microstructure evolution, static recrystallization microstructure evolution and the grain size, furthermore, the applicable condition and extension and developing way were given in the paper as well.
