摘要
电子商品防盗系统(EAS)中的硬标签电路是由磁棒线圈和电容串联而成,其组成的LC电路谐振频率Fx和品质因素Q是硬标签的关键质量参数。针对此类硬标签参数检测的市场需求,在研制便携式标签质量Fx、Q值检测仪过程中,设计了一种四线圈结构传感探头感知被测参数的方法,并采用Proteus软件对此传感探头的等效电路模型进行仿真,验证此测量方法的可行性;同时以AT89C51为处理器设计了便携式检测仪的软硬件,采用Keil和Proteus联调联试,仿真达到预期效果,为下一步仪器开发提供了技术支持。
The circuit of hard tags used in electronic anti-theft system of goods( EAS) is composed of magnet coil and capacitor in series. The LC resonant frequency Fxand quality factor Q are the key quality parameters of the hard tag. According to the market demand of the hard tags parameters detection,in the process of developing a portable hard tags quality tester,the four coil sensing probe structure is proposed and is used as the method for sensing the measured parameters. Proteus software is used to simulate the equivalent circuit model,which verifies the feasibility of the measurement method. At the same time,the hardware and software of the portable instrument is designed by using AT89C51 as processor,and the Keil and Proteus are used in the test. The simulation result is good,which provides the technical support for the next step of hardware production.
