Shen Congwen’s Letters on Agrarian Reform after the Founding of People’s Republic

沈从文建国后的文学创作数量不多、质量不高,但他曾用'跛者不忘履'表达自己对文学的眷恋之情。沈从文建国初期参加土地改革运动,其间有详细的创作计划,书写了大量的土改书信。本论文通过对沈从文丰富的土改书信的解读,揭示其文学思索对当时文学的意义;从沈从文土改书信到土改创作的断裂,剖析自由主义知识分子在转折时期思想改造、文学转型中的处境。

After the founding of the People’s Republic,Shen Congwen didn’t write many works of high quality.However,he still had a special fondness for literature.At the time,he took part in the Agrarian Reform,about which he wrote many letters,together with a detailed writing plan.This essay aims,by analyzing these letters,to reveal how significant Shen’s literary thinking was at that time.It reveals the role of liberal intellectuals in the ideological reform and literary transformation at a turning point of Chinese history.
