本文是教师通过近两年的教学实践,从热爱教育事业、教师的师德修养、教师自身的业务水平和关爱学生四个方面,总结经验和教训,探索一条具有南洋特色的教书育人之路,力争使自己能够更加紧密贴近南洋实际,做学生的良师益友。

I have learned much during the teaching practice of the past two years.To explore the road with WSOC’s characteristics,we should have a deep love for the educational undertaking,the morals cultivating,professional skills and show loving care for students.To sum up experiences and lessons, we could become the student’s good teachers and helpful friends.
