How to Use the Student Association to Facilitate the students’Self-Management

学生会组织的自身建设是我院学生工作的一项重要内容,是实现学生自我管理,自我服务,自我教育的保障之一。本文主要结合我院学生会组织的现况,特别是目前学生会管理中存在的不足,提出抓好学生会建设能够促进我院"自我管理"的学生管理目标的实现。

The organizational development of the student association is one of the important tasks for the students affairs in WSOC.It can ensure the realization of students’ self-management,self-service and self-education.This paper illustrates the current weaknesses of the college student association and management.The healthy development of the student association will ensure the realization of the WSOC self-management.
