Design and Aesthetic education

设计可说是和人类历史同步的。人类为了生存,为了更好地生活,在与自然界的斗争中,开始创制各种东西,包括生活用品和生产工具,于是设计也就开始了。设计包括广义和狭义的两个方面。设计的目的是为了人。为区别于工业设计,姑且把在这之前的设计创造称之为"造物设计",而工业设计是工业革命的产物。设计又需要功能性和审美性二者的密切结合。设计又是审美教育的一个组成部分。

The development of design forms a part of human history.To survive,moreover to live a better life, man began to invent and create all kinds of things for daily life and production,from which design,with both narrow and broad sense,emerged.Design is for people.To distinguish from industrial design,a product of Industrial Revolution,let’s call it"Demiurgic Design"for the moment.As a component of aesthetic education, design requires the unity of functionality and aesthetics.
