摘要
本文介绍一种基于CAN总线的分布式温度测控系统,该系统采用软件自调零和满刻度校正,并采用二次抛物线插补来校正测温元件的非线性,实现高精度的测温。文章给出了系统结构和工作原理,论述了热电偶温度测量的实现原理,讨论了在输出控制中采用积分分离和不完全微分控制PID调节器的方法,并实现了PID参数的自整定。最后给出了现场控制器的实现原理和系统软件流程。
A distributed system of measuring and controlling temperature based on the CAN bus is introduced in the paper. The auto-zero and full-scale revise software technology is adopted. The parabola interpolation arithmetic is used to compensate the nonlinear error of the temperature sensor in order to measure temperature in satisfactory precision. The system structure and principle is given. The method measuring temperature by thermocouple is discussed. The integral separate and incomplete differential technology of PID regulator is studied in the output controller. The parameters of the PID regulator may modify automatically. The locale controller principle and the system software flow chart are shown.
