摘要
本文论述了我国大众高等教育发展的原因、道路、趋向和存在的问题,提出了我国大众高等教育的五个基本特征:大众性、实用性、多样性、市场性和地方性,并讨论了高等教育大众化与民办高校的关系。
This paper discusses the cause of the development of China’s Mass Higher Education, and problems, tendencies in its development course. Moreover, it brings forward five basic features of China’s Mass Higher Education——popularity、practicability、diversity、 marketability、local and deals with the relation between the popularization of higher education and private colleges.
