摘要
高校辅导员是高校教师队伍和学生政工队伍的重要组成部分,是高校从事德育工作,开展大学生思想政治工作的骨干力量,是大学生健康成长的指导者和引路人。按照中央16号文件和《教育部关于加强高等学校辅导员班主任队伍建设的意见》,高校加强辅导员队伍建设就需要加强辅导员工作考核方法与激励机制建设。笔者对当前高校辅导员的考核与激励的重要性、原则及内容方式作了分析,结合我院辅导员的考核与激励现状,进一步完善我院辅导员工作考核方法与激励机制谈自己的一点看法。
As the important constitution of teaching and students management, students’ Counselors becomes the leading forth in carrying out moral, ideological and political education on students of higher education. According to the No.16 Document issued by the central government, together with Suggestions on the Construction of Counselors in Higher Education from Ministry of Education., it is necessary to enhance the construction of inspiriting and assessing system. The author analyzes the importance, principles and detailed methods of inspiriting and assessing counselors of higher education and bring forward his views on the existing inspiriting and assessing systems on counselors in our college and on how to improve it.
