无锡南洋职业技术学院针对民办高校学生的特点,积极开展有效的思想政治教育工作,充分发挥党组织在民办高校开展思想政治教育工作的领导作用,进一步加强政治理论课的建设和改革,建立"全员育人、全方位育人、全过程育人"的制度机制,努力建设一支与民办高校学生思想政治教育工作相适应的学生工作队伍,积极探索和创新思想政治教育工作的有效途径,融思想政治教育于校园文化活动、社会实践活动,重视心理健康教育,不断完善心理健康工作体系,坚决实施就业"一把手"工程,全面提升就业工作的执行力,有效的思想政治教育工作促进学生全面发展结硕果。

Wuxi South Ocean College is implementing ideological and political education focusing on the character of students in private colleges, in which the leading role of the CPC is brought into full play. The college is reinforcing the construction and reform of the political course in order to set up a mechanism of "Educating students by coordinate the efforts of all in an omnidirectional manner during the whole process;" to build up a students managing team which works in accordance with the principles of ideological and political education; and to innovate. Ideological and political education should be embedded in students’ cultural activities on campus, social practice, and mental health construction. Meanwhile, ideological and political education should be able to promote students’ all-round development, including the core of our work which must be attached great importance by leaders of all levels.
