摘要
本文讨论基于工控机的电离系统如何实现工艺参数的最优控制。本系统采用双模算法形成并保持合适的氮化环境、以温度输出的方式调整给定的辉光电流。调整过程分成七步运行给定的辉光电流算法,实现"绑-绑"控制、PID调节和主要功能。
In this paper,an ionitriding control system based on the industry computer is proposed to achieve optimum control for polytechnic parameters.This system adopts a double model algorithm to make up and ensure a proper nitriding atmosphere and to adjust a given glow current by temperature output.The adjusting process can be divided into seven steps to run an algorithm for the given glow current and to achieve the "Bang-Bang" control,the PID adjustment and the main functions.
