随着我国在校大学生人数的激增与大学生自我维权意识的不断提高,高校学生诉高校的案件时有发生,这充分说明了高校处分权与学生受教育权的矛盾正在日益加深,法益冲突问题明显,正确处理两者之间的关系,对我国高校的发展有着深远意义。

University students are becoming more aware of maintaining their rights. Frequent cases of students appealing universities has indicated the ever growing conflicts between punishment right of universities and education-receiving right of students. To deal with the conflicts properly will be helpful to the development of universities in China.
