论中小企业发展中的伦理问题

On the Business Ethic in the Development of Medium and Small-Sized Enterprises

本文首先分析了我国中小企业伦理建设的重要意义。并结合与大企业的比较,分析了中小企业的特征,同时根据罗宾斯社会责任四阶段扩展模型,就企业发展的不同阶段对中小企业与大型企业在社会责任方面的差异进行了比较与分析。此外,还根据近几年中小企业伦理缺失的案例(如煤矿事故、食品安全等),着重分析了部分中小企业伦理缺失的具体原因,并就此提出了关于中小企业如何更好的承担社会责任的具体对策。

This article is an analysis of the significant ethic construction in China’s medium and small-sized enterprises.The author makes a comparison of the characteristics,the differences in their social responsibilities between large enterprises and those of medium and small-sized enterprises according to Robbins’ four-stage Corporate Social Performance Model.Moreover,the author,through the cases of recent years,contributes lines of words to the reasons for the lack of ethic in some medium and small-sized enterprises and brings up detailed counter-measures as to how these enterprises should take up certain social responsibilities they are supposed to.
