摘要
唐代法律作为中华法系的基本核心内容,不仅是封建法制的代表,而且对于现代的立法仍有许多可以借鉴学习的地方。本文拟从唐代的刑事诉讼制度入手,从现代法学的角度来分析这一制度。
Laws of Tang Dynasty is the core of China’s legal system,which is still referred by many.This article analyzes the criminal proceeding system of Tang Dynasty from the angle of modern law.
