班主任工作中,班干部起着重要作用,由于是大一新生,在选班干部时可以先由班主任指定,待学生熟悉后再民主改选。班干部要能胜任工作必须有威信。班干部和学生朝夕相处比老师更了解学生动态,把信息提前或及时反映给班主任可阻止事端的发生。班主任可应注重培养班干部的团队协作精神。
