摘要
将高等院校对教师、干部、学生的奖励,对教学建设、改革、管理的资金投入,纳入到一个统一的整体之中,从制度建设层面开展工作,构建奖励体系,建立起长效机制,是保障教育教学质量,促进学校可持续发展的重要因素。这一体系、机制的建立,有利于统筹管理、协调一致,使建设、奖励工作科学化、规范化、标准化,使各项工作的事前、事中、事后都得以兼顾。
It would grantee the quality of teaching and would promote sustainable development if the reward to teachers,cadres and students,and the fund for teaching construction,reform and management are to be unified in a long-effect mechanism. The establishment of the mechanism is propitious to the integrated management and harmony,and will make the construction and reward related work be conducted in a scientific and standardized manner so as to take account of every tach in the process of all work.
