摘要
生活是德育根基,体验是成长的快乐。在学工常规工作中,如何力避德育与生活相分离,体验与实践相脱节,真正使德育回归自然,走进生活,走进心灵,让学生在日常点滴生活中去体验成长,体验美好,体验成功,体验崇高,体验快乐,以鲜明的价值判断,丰富的思想体系,去感悟人生,升华思想,净化心灵。本文结合日常学生管理工作实践,以与时俱进,改革创新精神,遵循德育成长规律,用心探索德育与管理,德育与生活,德育与实践,德育与创新之间的辨证关系,从着眼全方位提升素质教育质量出发,贴近实际,贴近学生,贴近生活,积极为学生成长,成人,成才,成功搭建平台,努力拉近德育与生活的距离,真正回归到学生具体年龄成长阶段和日常生活体验中去,对其实施以自然有序的引导,找到了新的形势下德育教育源头活水,从而使德育在培养人格健全,素质全面,个性鲜明的人上发挥巨大的功能作用。
Moral education should not be segregated from daily life,in which students are supposed to experience success,happiness,beauty of life and to develop value and attitude toward life and the world as well. The authors of this article is exploring new ways to practise moral education through the discussion of the dialectic relationship of moral education with management,life,practice,and innovation,and they think the innovation of moral education should be helpful in the development of students personality and their overall qualities.
