Performing Part Construction on the Basis of Education Work on Students’ Ideological and Political

在董事会领导下的院长负责制的管理体制下,我院努力完善民办高校的党建工作管理体制。学院高度重视学生思想政治教育工作,推进"全面育人、全方位育人、全过程育人"的思想政治教育工作;针对民办高校学生的特点,积极探索和创新思想政治教育工作的有效途径;高度重视加强思想政治工作队伍建设;把学生党建工作作为大学生思想政治工作的重点。

Managed under the President Responsibility System under School Board, the college is making great efforts in perfecting the management mechanism of Party construction in private colleges. The college highly values the work on students’ ideological and political education of "Educating students all-sidedly from all aspects in the whole process". In accordance with the students’ characteristics in private colleges, the college is exploring and innovating effective methods in its ideological and political education, with its great concerns about the construction of a work team and Party construction among students.
