激励后进学生学好英语

Helping Students Who are Weak in English Make Progress

摘要 本文对如何帮助高职院校的英语后进生体验成功的喜悦作一浅述,如可对不同类型的后进生采取不同的措施,营造宽松的教学气氛,逐步实现教学目标,适当降低对其的学习要求,多表扬学生,帮助其降低焦虑并增强自信等。 This article expatiates on how to help the students in professional and technical colleges who are weak in English to taste the happiness of making progress in learning English. To achieve the goal, different methods can be adopted when dealing with different kinds of such students, relaxing learning atmosphere can be created, teaching aims can be achieved step by step, requirements for learning can be lowered a bit, encouragement is always needed, anxiety can be released and confidence can be built with some help from their teachers.
