摘要
学习科学发展观落实在学院教学工作上,要求我们打破精英教育、传统本科教育的不利影响,抓住职业教育的本质规律,紧扣职业教育的理念,梳理存在问题,剖析原因,寻找解决问题的途径。而基于能力培养高职人才,应当成为我们的工作主线。
The implementation of Scientific Outlook on Development requires that we get rid of the disadvantages of the traditional degree or elite education, take hold of the principles and concepts of vocational education, find out and analyze the problems, and figure out the solutions to the problems. The main thread of the work is to construct new higher vocational personnel training mode focusing on skills.
