摘要
党中央提出的学习科学发展观活动,其核心首先要求坚持以人为本,进一步解放思想,树立全面、协调、可持续的发展观。我认为在"以人为本进行发展"和"发展是第一要约"的核心价值中,队伍建设特别是中层团队的建设是核心。结合学院实际提出个人见解起到抛砖引玉作用。
Studying Scientific Outlook on Development is put forward by CCP, the coral value of which requires people foremost, further emancipating the mind, setting up concepts of overall, harmonious, and sustainable development. Personally, the author believes the core of the value is the team building especially the middle level cadre team.
