Dual-qualification faculty is the key for vocational colleges to improve its connotation. On account of the particularity of cultivating professionals, higher vocational colleges should try its best to make use of the platform provided by college-enterprise cooperation in constructing their real dual-qualification faculty. Colleges and enterprises will achieve mutual benefit only when they contribute to enrich the connotation their cooperation by penetrating into each other, sharing resources and taking advantages of each other.
