落实科学发展观 加强学工队伍建设

Implementing Scientific Outlook on Development Strengthening Student Management Team

中央16号文件下发以来,我院大力加强大学生思想政治工作,这次学习科学发展观,学生处在加强辅导员队伍建设方面作了一些调研,要进一步充分认识民办高校学生工作辅导员岗位的重要性和工作性质的特殊性;充分发挥学生骨干在学生教育管理工作中的重要作用,培养学生的创造创新能力;加强全院参与合力育人;建设一支专业化、职业化的学生管理队伍。

Since the issuing of document No. 16 by the Central Committee of the CPC, Wuxi South Ocean College has made great efforts in students’ political and ideological education. In studying Scientific Outlook on Development, Section of Student Affairs has made some research and conducted discussions on constructing student management team, which has helped the counselors understand, in depth, the importance and particularity of student management. It is also agreed that student cadres are to function in assisting student management and education, counselors’ duty is to be defined in a more scientific way, and a team of professional and vocational counselors is to be built up.
