摘要
本文分析了目前高等职业院校在教学体系设置上的不足和缺撼,并提出了一种实用型的针对职业岗位技能培养进行技能型教学体系设置的全新理念,并对技能型教学体系的内涵和办学特色进行了分析和研究,为高等职业教育的教学体系改革和建设作了有益的探讨和论证。
The author of this article analyzes the deficiencies of current teaching system in vocational colleges and puts forward the practical new concept to train skills aiming at the specific vocations and posts. Moreover, the author does some research work on the connotation and characteristics of this kind of teaching system, which is beneficial to the innovation and construction of teaching system in higher vocational education.
