摘要
本文讨论了高校学生管理规章的现状,提出为实现高校学生管理法治化,必须从高校学生管理规章出发,从高校规章的制定原则、制定程序、修订与废止以及审查等多个角度,探讨了如何成为"应该本身是制定得良好的法律"。
In this thesis,the existing state of the regulations of students management in colleges will be analyzed before a proposal will be given of how to make a "self-improved sound regulation"from the aspects of regulation principle,procedure,emendation,abolition and investigation.Only in this way can we establish a truly legalized managing system for the management of students in colleges.
