摘要
当前旅行社在我国的发展尽管异常迅速,但市场竞争也空前激烈,并且,我国大多数旅行社存在规模小,市场集中度低,品牌意识薄弱等问题。因此,如何增强培育我国旅行社的核心竞争能力意义重大。本文围绕如何增强旅行社核心竞争能力进行探讨,提出品牌建设、差异化经营战略等方略。
China has witnessed an exceptional rapid growth of travel agencies; however,the market competition is also unusually fierce. Meanwhile,most Chinese travel agencies have in themselves the deficiencies like small in the scale,low in market intention and weak in the brand awareness. Therefore,it has great significance to strengthen the core competitiveness for China’s travel agencies. The thesis explores on how to strengthen the core competitiveness for China’s travel agencies and proposes the band construction strategy and differentiation in the business strategy.
