基于供应链的物流管理过程模型研究

On the Study of Processing Mode Based on the Supply-Demand Chain in Logistic Management

本文基于笔者多年从事物流管理的相关研究,以基于供应链的物流管理为研究对象,分析了物流管理的概念、供应链管理与物流管理的区别和联系、供应链管理环境下的物流管理,据此并构建了"基于供应链的物流过程模型",并进而分析了基于这一模型进行物流管理的意义。全文是笔者长期工作实践基础上的理论心得,相信对从事相关研究的同行有着重要的参考价值和借鉴意义。

Based on the author’s years’ relative research in the logistic management,the thesis takes the supply-chain-based logistic management as the research object and analyzes the concept of logistic management. It also discusses the difference and relations between supply chain management and logistic management and the logistic management under the environment of supply chain management and it further proposes to build "the logistic processing model based on supply chain" and analyzes its meaning to logistic management. The thesis is a summarization based on the author’s years’ working experience,which is believed to have some referential value and to those in the similar researches.
