摘要
工学结合的人才培养模式是当前我国职教改革和发展的核心领域。本文结合作者参加全省高职高专市场营销专业骨干教师培训和教学实践,探讨了工学结合教育的内涵与意义,并在总结我院市场营销专业工学结合教学实践的基础上,研究了我院市场营销专业进一步推进工学结合教育可能存在的困难和改革的设想。
The implementation of Competency-based study for the purpose of talent training has become the core realm of China’s current vocational education reform and development. This thesis discusses the connotation of the Competency-based study and its significance based on the author’s own working experience and the experience of participating the training of the core teachers for the marketing major in the higher vocational colleges among the Jiangsu Province. The thesis also explores the possible obstacles for our college to promote the Competency-based study in the marketing major of our college and some suggestions for the reform.
