汽车专业就业工作体系改革之探索

On the Employment Reform Exploration of Auto Major

汽车工业的迅速发展,为汽车的后市场服务提供了广阔的就业空间,整个汽车行业就业形势是相对乐观的,但是,对于大专层次汽车专业毕业生的就业来说,还受到多方面的制约,本文就毕业生的就业工作体系如何进行改革,提出了一些探索性的意见。

The auto industry’s rapid development provides wide employment room for the after-market service,which makes the employment situation of the whole auto industry be quite optimistic.However,for the students with an associate degree,there are still many limitations.This paper proposes some exploratory advice for the reform related to the graduated employment system.
