从校企合作式技能大赛看大学生职业素养的培养

近年来大学毕业生就业压力日益增强,他们苦于找寻不到中意的落脚点;企业等用人单位却频繁流连于各类招聘市场,苦于找不到中意的所需人才。这其中有一很重要的链接因素——职业素养,它的缺乏造成了人才供需双方不对接现状,成为近年来大学毕业生就业压力日益加大的突出问题之一。本文从校企合作式技能比赛角度,对加强培养大学生职业素养进行了探索。

In recent years,the job-pursuing pressure for the graduates is increasing as they cannot find a desired job.And on the other hand,it is difficult for the enterprises that go to different job markets to get their needed talents.It is the lack of one important linking factor-the professional quality that causes this unbalanced situation in the supply and demand of talents,which is becoming one of the main problems that leads to the greater employment pressure for the graduates.From the angle of the technique competition co-sponsored by the college and the enterprise,this paper explores howto enhance the development of the graduates’ professional quality.
