创建"节水型高校"是节水型社会和节约型校园建设的重要载体,省教育厅、省水利厅号召全省高校行动起来,积极完成高校创建达标任务。水平衡测试工作是创建节水型高校活动中一项重要内容,是开展创建活动的必要条件。通过水平衡测试进行数据统计、汇总分析,查找跑冒滴漏现象,建立健全节水管理制度,早日达到"节水型高校"创建目标。

The water-saving society and the construction of water-saving colleges require the creation of water-saving college. The provincial education department and the provincial water resource department call on all the college in the province to act on this requirement and meet the standard. The water balance and testing work is an important part and a necessary requisite of the creation of water-saving college. With the testing work,the statistics are collected and analyzed,the leaking places are fixed. Only when the sound water-saving managing system is formed,can the water-saving college be created.
