当前,高职院校思想政治教育面临着严重挑战,加强和改善大学生思想政治教育已刻不容缓。思想政治教育工作是一项系统工程,必须更新教育理念,树立立足学生成人成才实际、注重实效的教育理念以及"大思政"的理念。

Now,the ideological and political education of higher vocational school faces a serious challenge.It is high time to reinforce and improve ideological and political education in college.Ideological and political education is an integrated project whose education idea must be renewed.Based on the present situation of training mature and talented students,the college ideological and political education should focus on the college students’ ideological and political work and emphasize its practical effect.
