Preliminary Study of SCEP College-enterprise Cooperation with Shanghai Volkswagen

本文以无锡南洋职业技术学院与上海大众汽车有限公司开展的校企合作为例,探讨职业院校的人才培养模式,即应以市场为导向,依托企业的优势,紧密建立校企合作,使专业设置与社会需求相结合,切实培养高技能人才服务企业和社会。

Based on the cooperation between Wuxi South Ocean College and Shanghai Volkswagen Ltd. Company, this paper discusses the talents cultivation model in vocational college, which should be market- oriented, take advantage of the enterprise, deepen the college- enterprise cooperation, combine the courses with the social demand, and finally cultivate high skilled talents to serve the enterprises and the society.
