电子资源是图书馆文献资源建设的重要组成部分,也是学校开展教学和科研的重要文献资源,大中型院校可以直接用购买的方式来完成电子资源库的建设,对于实力相对弱小的民办高职院校来说,就必须另辟蹊径,考虑周全,在节省开支的同时又能取得满意的效果。

E- resources is an important part of the library’s document resources construction, an important part of the college teaching and research as well. Those large or medium sized colleges can directly buy the E- resources, while those private vocational colleges should turn to other ways which will save the expense and meet the demand.
