On the Problems and Strategy of the Financial Management in Higher College under New Situation

随着我国高等教育增长方式的重大转变,高等院校将从追求外延扩张为主转向充分注重内涵提升为主上来。高校财务管理处在一个新的特殊时期,面临诸多新问题必须提出相应的对策,树立财务风险意识,提高规避财务风险的能力;完善校内财务制度,规范校内经济秩序;加强预算控制和执行力,全面提升财务管理水平。

With the important change of the higher educational developing model in China, higher college turns its focus to connotation upgrading from extensional expanding. And under this new and special age, financial management in higher college faces some challenges, which urges us to put forward some strategies, strengthen the financial risk awareness, improve the ability to avoid risk, prefect the financial system, regulate the college financial order and enhance the budget control and implement in order to improve the overall financial management level.
