摘要
当今社会企业员工流失率逐年升高,如何留住优秀员工避免人力资源的流失,已成为各行各业不得不思考、不得不重视的问题。本文在总结这种现象的内在成因之余,阐述了减小员工流失率的有效方法。
Now, the turnover rate of the enterprises is increasing year by year. How to avoid the brain drain, and how to retain good employees are the things that every company values. This paper analyzes the inner causes for this phenomenon and proposes some effective measures to reduce the brain drain rate.
