摘要
民办高校学生普遍存在学习动力不足的现象,直接影响到高校的教学质量和学生素质的提高。本文对影响大学生学习动力的主、客观因素进行分析,并提出提升民办高校大学生学习动力的具有可操作性的举措。
It is quite common that students in private higher vocational colleges are not motivated enough to study,which will hinder the improvement of teaching quality and students’quality. This paper analyzes the subjective and objective factors affecting students study motivation, and proposes some practical measures to increase the motivation.
