本文结合工程实例,采用VB设计上位机的外挂界面和作为数据库管理平台;后台数据库软件采用ACCESS 2003;上位机与PLC之间采用ROCKWELL的RSLink作为OPC协议。将ACCESS 2003与PLC结合起来,弥补了PLC存储、管理大量数据能力不足的缺陷。通过此系统,用户可方便地在上位机中存储、查看和打印下位机(PLC)中的信息,监视PLC的工作状态,并制作生产报表。现场的运行结果显示该系统使用方便,性能可靠。

With the project case, this paper discusses the external interface design of the host computer with VB which serves as the data control platform. ACCESS 2003 is the background data software, and the RSLink of ROCKWELL is the OPC between host computer and PLC. Combining ACCESS 2003 and PLC can make up for PLC’s defect in storing and managing mass data. With this system, users can conveniently store, view and print information of PLC, monitor the working situation of PLC, and make the production report forms. The practical running result shows that the system is convenientand dependable.
