"5S"用来创造和维护良好工作环境的一种有效手段。高校机房的使用频率较高,使用人数、批次也较多,应用5S管理机房,可使机房环境大为改善,机器损坏率大大降低。因此5S不仅可以改进传统的管理模式,而且也能提升高校机房管理者的综合素质。

5S rules are an effective way to create and maintain good working environment. The computer classrooms with high operating frequency and large users in college should be managed with the 5S rules, which can improve the classroom environment and greatly decrease the fault rate of the computers. Therefore, the 5S rules can not only change the traditional management mode, but improve the comprehensive quality of those in charge of the computer classrooms.
