浅谈民办高职院校图书馆管理员管理能力的培养

On the Management Ability Cultivation for Librarians in Private Higher Vocational Colleges

图书馆管理是一门科学,图书馆管理活动是一项艺术,图书馆管理工作是科学和艺术的巧妙结合。管理工作的好坏,不仅仅取决于管理理论水平的高低,更主要的是实际管理能力如何,即二者相结合的本领大小。本文围绕民办高职院校图书馆管理工作,阐述了加强图书管理员能力培养的途径。

Library management is a science as well as an art. Its management level depends not only on the management theories, but on the practical managing ability. In view of the differences of modern digital libraries compared with the traditional ones, the librarians need to keep pace with the time and try being a qualified one.Focused on the management work of libraries in private higher vocational colleges, this paper illustrates some measures to improve the librarians management capacity.
