高职建筑装饰专业工学结合创新人才培养模式研究

Research on the Innovative Work-integrated Talents-training Mode for the Building Decoration Major in Higher Vocational Colleges

近年来,校企合作、工学集合的人才培养模式逐渐得到应用和推广,本文结合某职业技术学院建筑装饰专业的实际情况,从校企合作、工学结合人才培养模式开始阐述,进而又列举了两所高职院校建筑装饰专业施行的专业校企合作、工学结合创新人才培养模式进行分析,并作了对比,旨在更好地普及这种教学模式,更好地为社会和国家服务。

In recent years, the school-enterprise cooperation and work-integrated talents-training mode gain the gradual application and popularization. Based on the actual situation of the building decoration major of a certain higher vocational college this paper illustrates the school-enterprise cooperation and work-integrated talents-training mode, and then analyses and compares two school-enterprise cooperation and work-integrated talents-training modes of two higher vocational colleges in order to popularize this teaching mode and then serve the society and country better.
