摘要
档案行政执法及监督是促进依法治档的重要保障,是全面推进依法治国的重要组成部分,针对目前档案行政执法和监督中出现的问题,要坚持问题导向,从立法入手,完善档案法规体系,加强队伍建设,提高依法治档的能力水平,加强档案执法与监督的规范化、制度化。
The archives administrative law enforcement and supervision is an important guarantee to promote the files governance in accordance with laws, which is an important part to promote the rule of law. In respond to current problems existing in the archives administrative law enforcement and supervision, and insisting on being problms-oriented, we should perfect the legal system of archives from the perspective of legislation, strengthen the team construction, improve the ability of file governing, enhance the standardization and systemization of archives law enforcement and supervision.
