我国高职教育正值蓬勃发展时期,要提高管理效率和质量,通过组织、计划和实施等行动,积极发挥管理功能,科学合理的行政管理体制是高职院校发展的关键。只有行政管理做到位了,其他各项教育教学活动才能够正常有序的进行。只有将行政管理工作的组织与决策作用完全发挥出来,才能提升高职院校办学效益与办学水平。

Under the background of the prosperous development of vocational education in China, scientific administrative system, the key for the development of vocational colleges, should play its positive role by organizing,planning and implementing activities. Only when the administrative management is good can the education and teaching activities work smoothly; only when the organization and decision role of the administration management is played fully can the school- running efficiency and level be lifted.
